Shipping & Delivery*
Mutare takes every care in making sure your order is packaged sufficiently so you receive it in the same condition as it was sent. Whilst we are unable to monitor your order during its delivery process, we are confident you will receive your order promptly and in original shipping condition. We use a 24hr courier service for our delivery and, subject to orders being received before 12pm and in stock, you should expect your order the next working day. Bank holidays and weekends excluded. If you require any other type of delivery method, please contact us by email or use our contact form. Delivery charges will be displayed in full when you arrive at the checkout page. The amount will be calculated based on the weight and size of your purchased product.

Privacy & Security
Rest assured, just like our commitment to our products, we apply the same commitment to privacy and security. Our site is fully secure and you are able to purchase from us in total confidence using PayPal for all of your transactions. You can shop as a guest, or create an account for convenience when you return and all data is encrypted and stored securely. For increased security, your payment details are not held with us. If you have any concerns about your data, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We have made placing an order through Mutare as easy as possible. If you've created an account from a previous visit then this will provide you with quick and easy checkout options. All your details that have been stored previously will be inserted for you (except credit card details, these are not stored with us) when you arrive at the checkout page. If you haven't created an account then you will have the ability to checkout as a guest. This has been streamlined so you only need to enter enough information to receive your order successfully. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All of our payments are handled through Paypal which is fast and secure. We accept Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit Card, Maestro and JCB. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make your purchase. If you don't have an account you will still be sent to PayPal to process your order. You will be able to complete your purchase by using any of the listed card types above. We may on occasion offer special promotions. To make sure you don't miss out on this, please remember to subscribe to our newsletter (bottom of left side bar).
You can view your order at any time by logging back into your account or following links in your email confirmation (if you didn't create an account). If you need help at any time with your order then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time. Simply log into your account and you will arrive at your Dashboard. From here you can amend your contact details, view orders (past and pending), unsubscribe from newsletters, change your wishlist and more. Again, if you get any problems then please get in touch.
We are confident at Mutare that you will be 100% happy with your order. You as the shopper though, have the right to cancel the transaction within seven days of your purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, then you will have your payment returned on our successful receipt of the goods. Responsibility for ensuring the goods are returned in the original, undamaged packaging rests on you and the costs of returning the goods are also your responsibility. A restocking fee of up to £25 may apply and for products that have been designed, created or built purposely for you will not qualify for a refund.
